Our standard shipping method is provided by reputable carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, Purolator and Canada Post. Expedited and international shipping options are also available at checkout. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the selected method.
2. Shipping Eligibility:
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping to Canada on orders over $250, excluding articles on sale and WING boards.
- Orders below $250: For orders with a subtotal below $250, standard shipping rates will apply. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method.
3. Board Bag Shipping Fee:
For board bags over 250$, we have a flat of 25$
5. Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
6. Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process.
Most of our shipments arrive within 4-8 business days.
Free shipping orders are shipped with the best time/cost ratio, not the cheapest/slowest option.

7. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
8. Shipping Restrictions:
Please note that we currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. For international orders outside the USA and Canada, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or 514-691-3314 for shipping options and rates. Customs fees, taxes, and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. We're here to assist you in arranging international deliveries.
9. Returns and Exchanges:
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and original shipping fee will not be refunded. Items in new/unused condition may be returned 30 days after receipt.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
