- Shipping Schedule. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday - we do not ship packages on weekends.


- International Orders. You may be charged taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees that are in addition to the shipping charges that have been paid with your order.

SHIPPING


kite-force.com offers free standard shipping on all orders over $500 in Canada. For international orders shipping fees apply.

Product in clearance, as well as bulky items such as WING and SUP boards cannot take advantage of the free shipping promotion.

Free shipping is made at regular rates, if you desire express or overnight delivery please contact us. Shipping will be billed accordingly.

Taxes and shipping do not count toward the total needed to qualify. If something that you ordered is not available and causes your subtotal to drop below the amount needed for free shipping you will STILL get free shipping.

During the checkout process you will select your shipping method. If you qualify for free shipping, it will be automatically applied.

YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED OR PLACED ON HOLD FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:


- Different billing & shipping addresses entered

- Past history of fraud or chargeback has been identified

- Unable to verify billing address information (i.e. non Canadian or US credit cards)


If any of the above conditions exist, you can expedite the processing of your order by providing us with the following information scanned copy via e-mail: info@kite-force.com


- Form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

- A copy of your credit card (front and back). You may block out the eight middle digits.

If the address on your driver’s license does not match the billing address on your credit card statement, please also include one or more of the following:


- A VOID check

- A billing statement with your billing address on it. (We can not accept any verification information that is hand written)

"In Stock" VS "Available quantity"


The mention "In-Stock" indicates that the product is available immediately at our warehouse and will be ship as soon as possible. The mention "Available quantity" indicates that the goods did not arrive yet at our warehouse but are available for purchase. You will be notify by email or phone regarding the status of and the estimated shipping date of your order.


Order lead time vs shipping time

Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, round up your products, and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

Different shipping and billing addresses


To protect customers, your bank may delay orders if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

Your signature is required for delivery


Most of our shipments contain valuable equipement, so we require that our carrier get a signature when they deliver a package. They won't leave it sitting on your doorstep.

Picking up a package


Once the carrier has attempted delivery at the shipping address, you will have the option to pick up the package at your carrier's local office. The package will only be released to the person whose name is on the shipping label. That person should take ID to pick-up the package. The notice from your carrier should have a phone number on it that you can call to reschedule delivery. If you choose this option, make sure that you're around when your package arrives again.

Damage during shipping

Contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping. Please keep all of the packaging materials.
