TERMS OF USE

Please note the following information about your order:

- Shipping Schedule. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday - we do not ship packages on weekends.


- International Orders. You may be charged taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees that are in addition to the shipping charges that have been paid with your order.

kite-force.com is not responsible for any of these additional fees.

YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED OR PLACED ON HOLD FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:


- Different billing & shipping addresses entered

 - Your order exceeds a certain dollar amount

- Past history of fraud or chargeback has been identified

- Unable to verify billing address information (i.e. non Canadian or US credit cards)


If any of the above conditions exist, you can expedite the processing of your order by providing us with the following information scanned copy via e-mail: info@kite-force.com


- Form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

- A copy of your credit card (front and back). You may block out the eight middle digits.

If the address on your driver’s license does not match the billing address on your credit card statement, please also include one or more of the following:


- A VOID check

- A billing statement with your billing address on it. (We can not accept any verification information that is hand written)

Shipping


kite-force.com offers free standard shipping on all orders over $500 in Canada. For international orders shipping fees apply.

Product in clearance (40% off and more) cannot take advantage of the free shipping promotion.

Other shipping fees may apply to oversized products such as luggages and snowboards which length is higher than 170cm. It may happens that the shipping method for a certain types of products are restricted. In that matter the next shipping option will be adopted.

Taxes and shipping do not count toward the total needed to qualify. If something that you ordered is not available and causes your subtotal to drop below the amount needed for free shipping you will STILL get free shipping.
During the checkout process you will select your shipping method. If you qualify for free shipping, some shipping methods (at least one) will be listed as "FREE SHIPPING.

"In Stock" VS "Available quantity"


The mention "In-Stock" indicates that the product is available immediately at our warehouse and will be ship as soon as possible. The mention "Available quantity" indicates that the goods did not arrive yet at our warehouse but are available for purchase. You will be notify by email or phone regarding the status of and the estimated shipping date of your order.
Order lead time vs shipping time

Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, round up your products, and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

If out of stock temporarily or permanently.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund (obviously) your order.

To protect customers, your bank may delay orders if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

Your signature is required for delivery


Most of our shipments contain valuable snowboards equippement, so we require that our carrier get a signature when they deliver a package. They won't leave it sitting on your doorstep.

Picking up a package


Once the carrier has attempted delivery at the shipping address, you will have the option to pick up the package at your carrier's local office. The package will only be released to the person whose name is on the shipping label. That person should take ID to pick-up the package. The notice from your carrier should have a phone number on it that you can call to reschedule delivery. If you choose this option, make sure that you're around when your package arrives again.

Damage during shipping

Contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping. Please keep all of the packaging materials.

Methods of payment


We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express card. 

COD are also accepted thru phone orders only. For phone orders call 514 691 3314. For every COD order add $15 to actual shipping cost. The minimum amount of COD order is $20. COD order can not take advantage of the "Free shipping for order over $75" promotion. For every COD order refused on delivery, $20 will be charged to the customer.

Every orders will be verified before there accepted. kite-force.com may cancelled orders when online problems occurred with computer or other device we do not control.

Troubleshooting payment errors


1. If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
2. Double check the card type (i.e. American Express), the account number and expiration date.
3. Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
4. If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service phone number. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Tax rate


In accordance with state and local law, your kite-force.com.com purchases will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller’s use tax rate for your shipping address. If the tax rate changes before your purchase is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received into our system will apply.

Returns policy 


You may return any unused product within 7 days from the time you receive your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Only products in unused condition will be accepted. If you ordered the wrong size you may return your unused product and request a replacement for the same product (correct size). Each refunds request will have to be evaluated by our customer service. To return a product, you must request a RA# with our customer service. No returns will be accepted without RA#. The RA# you receive is valid for 15 business days, pass this delay no exchange or refund will be issued.

No refunds or exchanges on specials orders and for products in clearance (40% off and more). Credit will be made to your account which you can later use via phone to place another order.

*No return, refund or exchange on products at more than 40% off.

All unclaimed or refused orders by the customer are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Store credit


To use a store credit that was issued after a return you have to place your order via phone at 514 691 3314. The site credit cannot be applied if order is place directly online.

Claims


To claim a defective product, contact our customer service at info@kite-force.com or by calling 514 691 3314. Then you will have to return the product in the original box, include the return authorization number we gave you and a proof of purchase. KiteForce will take care of the freight expense only for defective product. In every other case the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. To avoid freight expense on product that may not be covered, digital pictures can be sent.

Refunds


Before proceeding a complete order on kite-force.com, take a few minutes to check your order in a precise way. You will avoid errors in your order. Make sure that the ordered sizes are o.k, that your mode of shipping is the one you choose and especially, ordered products are the ones you want. Each transaction proceeded on kite-force.com generate expenses for us. kite-force.com is not a store where "You order products and return what you don't like..." Each refunds request will have to be evaluated by our customer service. Help us to serve you and make you're online shopping experience very pleasant.

Warranty


Every product is covered by the manufacturer warranty. www.kite-force.com will take care of your claim, for the entire warranty period. As soon as the product will be in our hands, we will take care of freight expense and claim details. Our customer service as more than 5 years of hard working experience.
